La Physique’ Slimming Spa is a full-service slimming spa, located in Waynesville, Missouri, and is co-located with Young at Heart Personal Fitness Training. We have FDA approved slimming spas, such as Cellulite Abatement, Slimming Parafango, Mandarin Exfoliation, and incredible VIP spa packages.
We also have a rock-wet sauna, shower facilities, lounge area, on-site store, and more!
We established Young at Heart in 1995, and the La Physique’ Slimming Spa, in 2004, after realizing what a great addition slimming spas were to training! The combination gives you an incredible edge to attaining your fitness goals, quickly! The results are literally 300% faster! I’ve been certified, and licensed, in Personal Training, Youth Fitness Training, Sports Specificity Training, and Sports Nutrition and Counseling, through ISSA, for over 15 years.
I’m also a certified Master Fitness Trainer, for the U.S. Army. I enjoy writing fitness and nutrition eBooks (check them out at our Young at Heart website), and enjoy keynote and workshop speaking, on fitness related issues.
