Each class is approximately 2 hours in length, and can be completed at our Young at Heart Personal Fitness Training  / La Physique’ Slimming Spa location, or a location of your choosing. Each class costs $39.95, per participant.  Once you are registered through our online store, we will contact you, and set the date for your class, which will be held no later than two weeks from your initial registration date.  Learn to do it right, and see the results you deserve!
